Built new level porch deck to replace original stepped deck and thereby provide more usable space.
Rear deck remodelled and enlarged to allow for more recreational space with new Redwood stairs to garden below.
New fencing added to front of property featuring two gates.
Bathroom demolished entirely and built new – plumbing/electrical/tiling.
New walk-in shower with glass enclosure and water-saving fixtures installed.
